About Casuarina Street Primary School
 Casuarina Street Primary School "Strives to Achieve" the best education for every child at CSPS.
School enrolment reflects the developing nature of Katherine. 50% of our families are with the Defence Forces.
Our enrolment is 295.
Our school has a strong partnership with Katherine Regional Family Child Care group. (KRFCC) KRFCC provides our After School Programs and our Canteen service.
We also have strong partnerships with other community groups who are child centred, including Somerville Community Services, sporting groups etc.
We want you as parents to be partners in the education of your children. Open and honest communication between the teacher, parent and child is an essential part of an effective partnership.
There are many opportunities during the year to become involved. Teachers also appreciate parents helping in the classrooms.
